In addition to the automatic ordering procedure, taxis can also be requested traditionally by telephone. The taxi app automatically delivers the phone number of the taxi headquarters in 1,600 other cities and municipalities. Pressing the taxi button connects the customer directly to the appropriate headquarters.

The taxis are equipped with special devices from Austrosoft, which meet the security standard for continuous operation and can also charge credit cards, EC cards and cashless payment systems. A team of 35 programmers and technicians ensure permanent further development and support of the system.
